If this is about national elections then November is best.
If this poll is about LOCAL elections, then I like March.
The poll is too confusing.
Please change it to reflect what you are really asking.

My personal opinion is that if we want the city and country to save money for us, we need to just have all elections at one time during the year, instead of going twice and requiring more cost for holding the elections, all that voting equipment and people can get expensive. Too, if it is once a year, we are more likely to have a bigger turn out which can help us here in the city since usually we have low turnouts. Fortunately or unfortunately, now we have a few folks currently in office now that get to stay in office about 9 months longer due to the change, so this may hurt our city. Just my two cents on this one.

The problem with local elections in November, they get totally lost on the ballot. If you have them in March, you can spend much more time getting the issue understood by the general public. Also to the bozo voting multiple times on these issues, you are showing how juvenile you really are.
